Las Navidades se han acabado... //  Christmas is over...

Hace apenas tres días que iniciamos el nuevo año y la verdad es que las fiestas se me antojan algo lejanas ya... Lo confieso soy de esas que ADORA la Navidad: las comidas de 2 horas, las charlas en familia, los preparativos, los reencuentros...

Me siento nostálgica cuando todo acaba... Si, si... se me encoge u poco el corazón y siento que entramos en una época de tristeza y melancolia... Así que una de las cosas que hago para estar lo más animada posible es vestirme con colores porque está de mostrado que el color influye en el estado de ánimo de una persona.

We have entered the New Year just three days ago…but to me it seems ages… Let’s be honest here: I LOVE Christmas. I love the family lunches and dinners, the discussions, the preparation time, the re-encounters…

I feel kind of nostalgic when everything ends… Yes… I feel that somehow we enter a period of sadness and melancolie... That's why I try to wear color everyday 'cause it's been demonstrated that color affects our mood  

Por ejemplo, el color amarillo es de esos tonos que aporta energía, vitalidad, alegría y"buen rollo". Y precisamente ese es uno de los colores que escogí para la comida de Navidad.

For instance yellow color is one of those tones that add energy, vitality, happiness and good vibes. It’s also the color associated to gold and the sun. And that’s precisely one of the colors I chose for my Christmas day look.
